L2L10-scaled
CTN Learners 2 Leaders (L2L) Workshop

Learners to Leaders, also known as L2L is a training program by Connect Trade Network- CTN in collaboration with other firms to equip the youth with basic Information & Communication Technology skills.

The program uses a Knowledge-Transfer Approach (KTA) in training young individuals and students (LEARNERS) between the ages of 13 to 25. Which makes L2L a combination of Secondary, Higher Education and Further Education level workshop.

Our tutors are qualified IT professionals hired to train our learners. Based on their commitment to the program, we call our tutors (LEADERS).

With KTA approach, our student (LEARNERS) go through a 4-month power-packed training with an assigned tutor (LEADER). At the end of the training workshop, the top student with best performance gets a laptop and a scholarship with an IT firm for advance training.

After the advanced training, the learner now becomes a tutor and cycled back into the program as a Leader to train new Learners from the lower scale. This is our module of empowering our beneficiaries to train learners and create a beneficial cycle of impact.
